Vaccine Question
Who here has been vaccinated with a Moderna/Pfizer vaccine? My appointment for my first dose is coming up in less than two weeks and I want to know what to expect in terms of side effects, from unbiased sources. Anyone who is open to sharing their experiences can comment or reblog.
I know it affects everyone differently and the people I know who’ve got it have described anywhere from a day of fatigue to a few days of awful fluish symptoms, but I want to know in advance because I’m also going to be taking antibiotics around that time and I want to be prepared for the shitty side effects of both.
Gonna stock up on Vitamin Water and healthy food and be prepared to take a couple days off work but I just wanna know if there’s anything else I should prepare for in advance.
I had Moderna and felt feverish and tired for a couple of days. My arm hurt a lot, to the point I was very glad I’d mentioned to please inject my non dominant arm.
i got the pfizer version, each time i had some definite aches in the arm they put the shot in, and some milder ouchiness in other parts of my body. for about a day or two and then it was basically over. i found a little bit of massaging or moving my achy arm helped.
